Dr. Jamie Lange, DVM, DACVECC
Dr. Jamie Lange is a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care (DACVECC). He graduated from Massey University in New Zealand in 2015 and began his veterinary career in rural general practice before moving to Calgary to pursue advanced training in emergency and critical care. He completed his residency in Emergency and Critical Care and became a board-certified specialist in 2023.
Dr. Lange enjoys all aspects of emergency and critical care medicine and particularly enjoys managing the complexities of critically ill patients. His clinical interests include point-of-care ultrasound, mechanical ventilation, the management of shock, nephrology, and extracorporeal therapies, including hemoperfusion, hemodialysis, and therapeutic plasma exchange.
Outside of the hospital, Dr. Lange enjoys distance running, rock climbing, and spending time with his family.
